From May 6 to May 7, the first quarter of 2017 Dalian Sports Center·TEBON Securities Amateur Tennis Championship was unveiled on the 10 outdoor courts of of the TEBON Securities Dalian Tennis Center (Dalian Sports Center – Tennis Center). The specialized court facilities and heated competitive atmosphere were both highly commented by the participating players.

       This event has not only converged the local tennis elites of Dalian, but also attracted quite a lot of foreign players who are working in the city. Ranging from university students to elderlies in their sixties, players of all ages vied with each other on the same courts. What a lively scene! Tennis fans, regardless of their ages and tennis proficiency, were making friends and exchanging experiences easily and lightly via the platform of the Championship, fully appreciating the pleasure and relaxation that this super amateur tennis event had brought to them.

       The 2017 Dalian Sports Center·TEBON Securities Amateur Tennis Championship has started its first highly popular regular season. A total of 143 matches were fought during the two-day event, which attracted 200 participants and spectators. Composed of singles and doubles, this Championship will hold 4 seasonal matches throughout the period starting from May of this year to the next February. Players may get their accumulated points according to their own ranking, and winners will be rewarded accordingly. What is more, the Sports Center will provide all registered players with the complimentary tickets for the Final of 2017 Dalian International Women’s Tennis Open (WTA 125K Series).

       With the purpose of popularizing tennis and providing our citizens with quality public sports service, the Sports Center is dedicated to turning these seasonal matches into a tennis event that serves and benefits the people.
